For us, the annual Oxford v Cambridge event marks the beginning of Spring and with the outburst of sunny weather, where better to be than outside watching the race live? With this in mind we have sourced some of the best places in London to watch the action.

Where to watch the action:
Bishops Park Fulham
For a view of the action combined with a great atmosphere, head to Bishops Park in Fulham where there will be a big screen showing the race along with food, bars and live music. It’s free entry and the doors are open between midday and 7pm.
This is a great spot to watch the race heat up as it heads into the final bend, there is a bar and live music which will be on hand from 2pm at the Pier House and spectators can watch the entire race on the big screens.
The White Hart, Barnes
For the final stretch, head to the The White Hart in Barnes which offers spectacular views on the south side of the river. You’ll be able to cheer on the rowers in the last quarter of the race after a delicious three-course meal or a BBQ.
