Clean and spacious

Clean and spacious apartments with good transport links / friendly staff / breakfast buffet with waiting times, but plentiful.

First class

The apartment is as good as a first class hotel. Good location. It has a professional 24/7 reception, daily housekeeping and towel change and even room service. The reception staff were always ready to help guests and housekeepers willing to accommodate guest needs, which was really exceptional when other hotels had only limited services during lockdown. We felt very safe and at home there. The room is very spacious with lots of sunshine. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything essential except a sponge. There was nothing I could blame in the room. Just one thing: I had to ask for a sponge to wash dishes, which was politely declined first by the reception, but the housekeeper understood my inconvenience and gave me one. Thank you!!! It would be good if the management ensures that these details are taken care of in apartments.

I have something to tell you (shocking)

WOW. I was never expecting such a great stay at Dolphin House Serviced apartments. The rooms were nice and spacious, very heated and beds were super comfortable. The thing I could not BELIEVE was how well worth the food was here. Honestly, it would cost you half as much to eat here than central London and the quality and portioning was fantastic too. Further the pool is amazing - SO BIG and the staff are always ready to help. The location is great for walking or taking the tube - I could not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for such a great time in London. 12/10
